I was there last week and experienced some of the worst customer service. I was walking around for a half hour before someone decided to help me. Stock is minimal and usually only have what is already out on the floor.

I went shopping at Harvey Norman to buy a freezer, after a lengthy time of deciding I purchased one,all this time the sales person was very patient and helpful,,,we arrived at the pick up depot to discover they did not have that model in stock. Without hesitation they offered us another,,,, they couldn't apologise enough to us,,, so in the long run I was a very pleased shopper and would recommend Harvey Norman at Parkes any time,,, thank you very much,,,, one happy camper
