Absolutely disgusting, went through drive thru, waited 10 minutes by that time frozen drinks were melting and when we got our order nearly all the food was cold, so was our order just sitting there waiting for someone to bring it to the car. Would not recommend this McDonald's to any one.
Time was approx. 10.00am, there didn't appear to be enough staff to handle customers ordering, all had to proceed to self service menu boards, not everyone can cope with this method, (older people in particular) One staff member was trying to assist with this but was constantly needed in other areas. With the major event happening in town this weekend, the increase in customer nos. should have been taken into consideration. The wait for order was increases as well.
I went through the drive through, all well untill i was made to wait at the window for a bit, then told to park and waited for over ten min. Around five cars were also parked, received the wrong burger but was already extremely late. Should have been warned about the massive wait, would of gone somewhere else!
Waited 20 minutes before I was served than large strawberry sundae was half filled with syrup chips had no taste. Tables were filthy and well the staff what could I say here all I'll say my mum told if you could not speak nicely about someone than don't speak at all.
Poor staff relations. Coffee machine was not working properly. Cool Coffee, would have preferred to go to a cafe for iced coffee. Spent 20$ for cool coffee cold chips and toasted sandwich plus they forgot to add tomato. Won't be back
