Two story but easy stairs. Room large and comfortable. A little hard to find but well worth it.
Stayed 1 night, Frendly helpfull staff. Room was very clean & equipt with everthing needed..Bed was comfortable & clean.. Main street just around corner & walking distance to all shops.. Happy to stay again if ever back in Parkes..
Highly revommend!! Older style well renovated motel..great.service. freindly staff.. clean.. central.. excellent restaurant. . God decor. Quiet..comfortable. pretty much everything you would hope for. Staff went out of way to be accomodating. Was impressed
